💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise-scale AMS programs managing multiple concurrent projects, driving architecture, design, and system integrations across Conga solutions. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, TS, Product, Admin, and HR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple concurrent AMS projects with delivery governance
• Lead architecture, design, and system integrations across Conga solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, TS, Product, Admin, HR)
• Plan, prioritize, allocate resources, and ensure successful Go-Live delivery

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software industry with expert level .NET and/or Salesforce development
• 2+ years managing development teams following Agile Scrum
• Strong backend programming in C#.NET, API, SQL and OOP/design patterns
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and GitHub/Jira/Jenkins
