  • Manage complex cases for luxury and high-profile reservations
  • Provide personalized support via phone, messaging, and live chat
  • Mediate between hosts and guests to resolve disputes

  • 4+ years of experience in multicultural customer service
  • Experience in hospitality industry (preferably technology platforms)
  • Ability to work weekend and public holiday shifts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
