You'll provide end-to-end support to key community members including the Luxury segment, resolving complex issues on high-stake reservations. You'll take ownership of cases and ensure complete resolution while fostering strong relationships with users. This role offers the chance to work for a leading global hospitality platform.

- Manage complex cases for luxury and high-profile reservations
- Provide personalized support via phone, messaging, and live chat
- Mediate between hosts and guests to resolve disputes
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in multicultural customer service
- Experience in hospitality industry (preferably technology platforms)
- Ability to work weekend and public holiday shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
