💼 About This Role

You'll join a property management team dedicated to maintaining one-of-a-kind residences. You'll ensure excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. After your first year, you'll receive EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification fully paid by Bozzuto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turnover repairs
• Maintain building and grounds cleanliness and safety
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle on-call emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable personal transportation for on-call response
