• Build and manage a portfolio of top-tier foundation partners and major donors.
• Originate and close 7-figure+ commitments through structured engagement.
• Navigate complex decision processes and align multiple stakeholders.
• Develop compelling investment cases and maintain pipeline discipline.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in institutional fundraising or enterprise sales with complex cycles.
• Proven track record of closing 7-figure+ deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers (foundation executives, C-suite).
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
