You'll drive patient referrals to Nourish by building relationships with healthcare providers in the Frederick, MD area. Your core impact is expanding access to nutrition care through field engagement and partnership development. This role offers uncapped variable compensation and autonomy to shape your territory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend ~4 days per week in the field meeting providers.
• Prospect and identify new provider partners.
• Convert leads into referral partners for patient nutrition care.
• Foster long-term relationships with clinic staff and providers.

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in provider-facing field sales role.
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory from scratch.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills and time management.
