🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional Program Team to execute integrated molecule strategy
• Own and evolve Target Product Profile and Integrated Development Plan
• Drive key program decisions by defining strategic options and risks
• Prepare program updates and recommendations for Executive Team and Board

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in biopharmaceutical industry with strategic leadership progression
• Experience leading cross-functional drug development programs across multiple stages
• Strong understanding of global drug development and regulatory strategy

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related discipline
• Experience with key regulatory filings (IND through NDA)
