You will work on a greenfield project building intelligent systems that automate PostgreSQL and MySQL optimization, making database performance tuning effortless for customers. Your work will involve creating proactive detection of performance degradation and automatic query/index improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL in production environments
• Strong programming skills in Go and/or C++
• Troubleshooting database-related issues (slow queries, indexes, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English
• Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Build automated systems for database optimization and performance tuning
• Develop proactive detection and root cause analysis of query degradation
• Create pull requests with exact optimizations for queries and indexes
• Work on greenfield project with high impact
