You'll manage clinical trials in oncology across multiple countries, leading CRAs and ensuring timeline and quality adherence. You'll act as the central intelligence hub, identifying risks and driving successful outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial elements including site selection, start-up, and enrollment.
• Lead CRAs and oversee monitoring, regulatory, and site payment activities.
• Identify risks to timelines and develop action plans with team/sponsor.
• Maintain focus on study priorities through cross-functional partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field.
• Experience leading clinical aspects of studies across multiple countries in a CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Significant clinical trial management experience in oncology.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
