💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Cover sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.
• Help keep stock room organized and store tidy.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
