Description

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you'll be the face of our brand, creating memorable experiences for customers at our CDJR Showroom. You'll educate customers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles, handle paperwork, and address questions or issues to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Must speak, read, and write English

Responsibilities

• Create amazing customer experiences
• Educate customers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM vehicles
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
