💼 About This Role

You'll join Paytm's finance operations team, managing end-to-end reconciliation of business transactions from various channels. Your core impact will be ensuring timely, accurate reconciliation of payables and receivables while supporting audit processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvement in a leading fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track and reconcile business transactions from multiple channels end-to-end
• Reconcile payables and receivables and report discrepancies timely
• Perform inter-company reconciliation on a regular basis
• Support financial controller and ensure data is regularly audited

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/CA Inter with 5-6 years' experience or CA with 2-3 years' experience
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Experience in finance reconciliation process relating to Fintech/E-commerce
• Experience with accounting software and online platforms
