🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a large portfolio of UKI customers.
• Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns for adoption.
• Cross-function with sales partners to ensure adoption.
• Identify strategic customers for monthly active users growth.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience at a fast growing software company.
• Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
• Strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer.

✨ Nice to Have

• Built Customer Success playbooks or processes.
• Experience in scaled program management or Outreach campaigns.
• Experience using Notion.
