💼 About This Role

You'll join Navan's Travel Product Strategy Analysis team to drive strategic product decisions through data insights. You'll own the analytical backbone for travel platforms, delivering dashboards, models, and A/B tests that optimize the marketplace and empower cross-functional teams. This role uniquely blends analytical rigor with product strategy to influence investment decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business needs into data models and metrics
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards
• Own data for the flights line of business
• Spearhead A/B testing development and implementation

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analytics
• SQL proficiency and data modeling for complex analysis
• Experience with modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake preferred)
• Background in data warehousing and dimensional modeling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in travel or consumer tech
• Knowledge of SaaS terminology and KPIs
• Experience with Thoughspot visualization
