💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, senior team building OpenHands, an open-source AI platform for engineering teams. Your work will directly accelerate developer workflows through infrastructure and systems that power our self-hosted enterprise product. You'll have real ownership of critical platform components in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain self-hosted deployment product (installation, config, upgrades)
• Support customer POCs and self-hosted deployments for successful rollouts
• Own cloud infrastructure running SaaS product
• Debug complex cross-system issues and deliver sustainable fixes

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and operational experience with PostgreSQL and Redis

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with authentication and identity systems (SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC)
• Experience with Replicated or similar embedded Kubernetes installer platforms
• Interest in AI/LLM-powered developer tools and open-source contributions
