Description

As a Technology Strategy Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services, you will serve as a trusted advisor to defense clients, shaping and executing their business transformation agendas through strategic application of technology. You will coordinate blueprints, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps for complex technology environments, managing the full lifecycle of strategy definition.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing/operating two or more of: Service Design, Active Directory/Identity Federation, SSO, Federal ICAM, Zero Trust, metadata tagging, PKI, Storage Services, Networking Services (eBGP, MPLS, DMVPN, satellite), virtual hosting environment for DR/COOP.
• 3+ years experience with designing, migrating to, and operating services in a public government cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).
• 3+ years experience with developing services and obtaining ATO through Federal Risk Management Framework.
• 3+ years experience with enterprise change control from design creation to ATO.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance, willing to obtain polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business strategy and lead the definition of the link between their technology and the overall architecture landscape.
• Quickly assess the client's IT operating model, including organizational structure, processes, and governance.
• Conduct rigorous analysis to identify the client's key IT strengths and weaknesses.
• Coordinate the creation of blueprints, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps for complex and large technology environments.
• Build future-proof architectures using modern technologies like cloud, edge computing, next-gen connectivity, event streaming, and platform architectures.
• Manage the full lifecycle of strategy definition and function as a guardian of the architecture.
