You'll join Kin's Agency division, connecting with prospective customers via warm leads to recommend tailored homeowners, auto, umbrella, and flood insurance from multiple carriers. Your work will focus on consulting with homeowners and building customized policies, with no cold calling required. This role offers uncapped commission and the opportunity to help expand Kin's brokerage presence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored coverage
• Work primarily with company-provided qualified leads to maximize conversion rates
• Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
• Build customized policies using internal quoting tools and CRM

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a brokerage environment
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
• Experience with Citizens Property Insurance
