You'll partner across teams to improve planning, roadmap execution, and launch readiness. This role requires an AI-first mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain product organization's operating cadence
• Create consistent mechanisms for tracking product initiatives
• Own and improve the product management tool stack
• Define and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs
• Coordinate product launch readiness across stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Operations or similar role in B2B tech
• Proven ability to design and scale operational processes
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a global product organization
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery
• PMP or similar program management certification
