You'll improve go-to-market operations for a clinical trial technology company, working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on reporting and forecasting. You'll own commission administration and drive GTM tool adoption across a global team. This fully remote role offers strong exposure to the full operating model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as go-to resource for GTM reporting and data inquiries
• Build and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and performance reports
• Analyze GTM performance and deliver actionable insights
• Own sales compensation administration and commission processing
• Drive adoption of prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution tools

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in Revenue Operations or similar role
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with admin-level capabilities
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and modeling
• Experience with B2B SaaS GTM tools like Apollo, Salesloft, Gong

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Sales compensation administration experience
• Experience with Clay or similar prospecting platforms
