You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, Sales Operations, and GTM Leadership, designing incentive structures that drive sales behaviors. You'll provide strategic advisory on quota modeling and compensation design, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans. This role offers high visibility with leadership and the chance to shape GTM strategy at a growing legaltech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and model quota plans with scenario analyses
- Partner with GTM leaders on compensation and role design
- Lead annual plan rollout and change communications
- Analyze incentive ROI and attainment trends
- Manage reps' operational lifecycle (onboarding, role changes)
๐ Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or FP&A
- Experience in strategic consulting or high-growth SaaS
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets for multi-variable modeling
- Proficiency in Salesforce and commission software (CaptivateIQ/Xactly/Spiff)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools in compensation design
- Familiarity with CaptivateIQ or similar commission platforms
- Background in legal technology or ediscovery
