💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Franklin and Granville counties. You'll perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to work with a supportive, multi-disciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Certificate of clinical competence in speech from ASHA or equivalent educational/work experience.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
