You'll provide hands-on quality and mission assurance for satellite hardware and software development, manufacturing, and test at a pioneering space-based cellular broadband company. Your work will directly ensure flight-ready performance and reliability of satellite systems. This is a Mon-Thurs 4x10 schedule at a fast-paced aerospace startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain quality assurance procedures for compliance
• Implement inspection and testing standards and methods
• Analyze production data to identify defects and reliability risks
• Lead root cause and corrective action investigations (RCCA, 8D)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and regulated production

• 5+ years in aerospace, aviation, or high-reliability manufacturing
• Spacecraft or satellite hardware experience in cleanroom settings
• Lean, Six Sigma, or ASQE certification
