You'll design, build, and ship full stack web applications supporting organisational operations, with a key focus on developing an internal AI-powered chat assistant to augment staff productivity. You'll take ownership of features end-to-end, ensuring high code quality and reliability in production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write high-quality code with comprehensive tests.
• Design and deploy applications and APIs for data processing.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data storage.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Java programming experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices and RESTful API design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MSSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Experience providing technical mentorship.
