You'll be at the frontline of enterprise platform reliability, ensuring the stability of large-scale cloud and hybrid systems. You'll act as first-line response for incidents across Kubernetes, APIs, and databases, executing runbooks and supporting rapid resolution. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with structured operational processes in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor system health across cloud and on-prem environments using observability tools
• Perform first-line incident triage and execute standardized runbooks
• Troubleshoot issues across Kubernetes, APIs, databases, and cloud services
• Document incidents and contribute to improvement of operational knowledge bases

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT operations, SRE, or DevOps roles
• Strong understanding of Linux, Kubernetes basics, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK
• Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
