💼 About This Role

You'll advocate for the customer experience, obsessing over pain points to make the product more useful and enjoyable. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to bring designs to life, using user research and design thinking to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll also push forward the existing design system at Educative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advocate for customer experience across product teams
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Present and defend design ideas to leadership
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Design degree in VCD, UX, or related field
• UX research and feedback interpretation skills
• Proficiency in visual design and interaction design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing complex or enterprise software
• Knowledge of copywriting and usability testing
