💼 About This Role

You'll join the RISE Dispensary leadership team, rotating through critical functions like operations, experience, and people. You'll actively supervise daily operations and optimize the customer journey, setting you on a fast track to becoming Assistant General Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations for regulatory compliance
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions effectively
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and supervise team member execution

📋 Requirements

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass any and all required background checks

✨ Nice to Have

• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
