💼 About This Role

You'll supervise aircraft maintenance and facility operations, ensuring compliance with FAA and OSHA standards. You'll lead a team of mechanics to deliver safe and on-time aircraft. You'll also coordinate with human resources and vendors to support daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise mechanics in preventive maintenance and repairs
• Plan and prioritize work to minimize delays
• Conduct shift meetings and complete turnover reports
• Screen, interview, and recommend hiring of staff

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's with A&P License
• Minimum 6 years A&P experience on similar aircraft
• Minimum 4 years supervisor experience
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
