Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 10+ years industry experience or equivalent trade certification
• 5+ years supervisory experience including performance appraisals
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, life safety systems
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Supervise, train, and evaluate engineering staff; develop performance goals
• Oversee contractor work and tenant improvement projects
• Prepare budgets, control inventory and purchasing
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, NFPA regulations
