💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI strategy and teams at SurveyMonkey, driving the shift to an AI-first product. Your core impact will be defining the long-term data science roadmap and integrating LLMs and NLP into the survey platform. This role stands out for its strategic influence and hands-on technical leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the long-term data science strategy aligned with product vision.
• Translate product requirements into technically feasible AI/ML projects.
• Lead integration of LLMs and NLP for text analytics and generative features.
• Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science with AI/ML platforms and 5+ years in a Director role.
• Experience building/leading AI/ML platforms (feature stores, model serving) in AWS.
• Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Proven experience applying LLMs and NLP into production systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools (AWS SageMaker, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agentic AI architecture and deployment.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
