You'll join the WatchGuard SRE team, owning the reliability and security of production cloud environments. You'll ensure smooth production operations, lead incident response, and define operational policies. This role offers the chance to become a cloud expert and drive an operational excellence culture across global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with application teams on monitoring, security, and automation in AWS/Azure/hybrid cloud
• Drive operational excellence through simplification and automation
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead production troubleshooting
• Develop automation and debug complex production issues

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Understanding of SRE and DevOps cultures and practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Flink)
