💼 About This Role

You'll join a team responsible for antibody discovery and characterization using mammalian cell culture and high-throughput flow cytometry. You'll develop functional cell-based assays to support therapeutic programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Characterize antibodies in cell-based functional assays (cytokine release, reporter, etc.)
• Perform high-throughput flow cytometry and FACS binding assays
• Establish target over-expressing cell lines for antibody discovery
• Plan, execute, analyze, and document laboratory experiments

📋 Requirements

• PhD in cell biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related discipline
• 2+ years industry experience or relevant postdoc
• Understanding of antibody structure and function
• Strong background in cell culture and flow cytometry/FACS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ELISA-based detection of cytokines
• Experience with molecular cloning to generate expression constructs
• Experience screening anti-GPCR antibodies in functional assays
