💼 About This Role

You'll provide targeted small-group math interventions for multilingual learners in grades 6-12 at the Lansing School District. You'll support students in developing academic language and use data-driven strategies to enhance outcomes. This part-time, onsite role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a diverse urban community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide academic support and tutoring in Math content.
• Monitor attendance and coursework completion using data systems.
• Participate in weekly Student Progress Meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators on intervention strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• Valid Michigan Teaching certificate with Math (EX) or (ZGZOZP) endorsement
• Ability to analyze WIDA, NWEA, MSTEP and PSAT data
• Must understand tier 2 and 3 intervention for math

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multilingual learners
• Familiarity with Enginuity online system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
