💼 About This Role

You'll own the most strategically important problems at Ekho, starting with marketing, while building the agent orchestration layer that scales every function. You'll tackle RevOps, CS Ops, Hiring, and BizOps as priorities shift, standing up AI agents to automate the long tail of each function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing: paid spend, content engine, outbound
• Tackle RevOps, CS Ops, hiring, and BizOps as needed
• Build agent orchestration and automation for each function
• Run experiments and rebuild what's not working

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a strategic operations or marketing role
• Experience building or managing agent workflows or automation
• Proven ability to own end-to-end functions with minimal guidance
• Experience with GTM metrics and paid channel optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup experience at a growth-stage company
• Background in RevOps or CRM (HubSpot, etc.)
• Experience in automotive or retail industry
