You'll lead a team of MICE Specialists at Perk Events, focusing on skill development and sales goal achievement. You'll conduct weekly 1:1s, set development objectives, and provide coaching. Help shape how millions of people experience work through travel and spend management.

• Conduct weekly 1:1s with team members to ensure target achievement.
• Set monthly development objectives for the sales team.
• Review team member performance and provide feedback.
• Coach and mentor MICE Specialists on a daily basis.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent understanding of Perk MICE value proposition.
• Hands-on experience creating presentations (videos or slides).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
