💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the center of Meter's operational system, processing structured work requests accurately and ensuring reliable outputs for internal teams. You'll be the person teams depend on to get things done right as the company scales from hundreds to thousands of deployments. This role requires obsessive attention to detail and a proactive, system-level mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triaging queue and prioritizing by SLA urgency
• Processing data entry and enrichment tasks
• Coordinating equipment ordering and shipping logistics
• Scheduling site surveys with field technician partners

📋 Requirements

• Detail orientation: ability to catch edge cases and exceptions
• Proactive communication: clear, precise updates to stakeholders
• Resourcefulness: exhaust options before escalating
• Availability for in-office work including some nights/weekends

• Experience with ISP procurement or circuit fulfillment
