You'll own the end-to-end performance of a newly built category, shaping assortment and strategy in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. You'll turn insights into smart commercial decisions, set up ways of working, and drive measurable impact from supplier partnerships to supply chain performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own category planning and analytics.
• Develop category expertise through data and insights.
• Define and execute negotiation strategies with suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end supplier negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• MSc in Business Administration or related field
• 2-7 years of Buyer or Category Manager experience in non-food/consumer goods
• Experience setting up a new category from scratch
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
