🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead administration and continuous improvement of workplace safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations across plant operations.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses, safety audits, and inspections to identify risks.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and certification sessions.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of safety management experience in structural steel fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations including HAZCOM, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and Fall Protection.
• Experience with safety audits, accident investigations, and compliance reporting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

• Experience operating industrial equipment such as forklifts and boom lifts.
• Certifications in occupational health and safety.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
