Requirements
- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, or technical roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple requisitions in fast-paced environment
- Preferred: startup or high-growth tech recruiting experience, familiarity with Greenhouse
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews
- Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
