Requirements

  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, or technical roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple requisitions in fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: startup or high-growth tech recruiting experience, familiarity with Greenhouse

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews
  • Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
