💼 About This Role

You'll lead consulting engagements for life sciences and advanced manufacturing clients while carrying a $3M+ personal book of business. You'll drive circularity programs that deliver measurable waste reduction and cost savings. This role offers a hybrid work model and access to an embedded sales organization with deep client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a personal book of consulting business targeting $3M+ annual revenue.
• Oversee delivery of complex multi-site consulting engagements.
• Develop multi-million dollar consulting programs spanning multiple client sites and years.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with VP- and C-level EHS, operations, and quality leaders.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive experience in life sciences consulting or related discipline.
• 5+ years direct business development and client management responsibility.
• Track record of building and sustaining a personal book of business (target $3M+).
• Management consulting rigor and deep life sciences domain expertise.

• Background in operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Experience with circularity program design and waste reduction initiatives.
