Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
• Proven full-stack development experience, preferably in startups or B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire development teams
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Willing to work remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+3

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of 5-7 Ruby on Rails developers
• Actively participate in coding, testing, and code reviews to maintain high code quality
• Collaborate iteratively with product and engineering teams to deliver business value
• Take ownership of issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable fixes
