You'll lead vehicle recovery operations and safety management for Waymo's autonomous fleet in London. You'll ensure safe and efficient incident response while coordinating with partners and regulatory agencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build with central teams to track operational metrics for vehicle recovery.
• Lead daily stand-ups between engineering and local ops for infrastructure.
• Direct integration of depot logistics and 'Day 1' playbooks.
• Act as primary escalation point for internal teams and regulatory agencies.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years in safety-critical transportation or autonomous driving.
• Proven expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Demonstrated ability in real-time incident response.
• Experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems in transportation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience negotiating with state or municipal DOTs.
