Description

You will lead the Insights discipline for WILD RIFT, enabling data-informed decisions across game development, publishing, and esports. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you'll develop strategy, manage an international team, and serve as a critical advisor to leadership.

Requirements

• Background in data analysis, research, and strategic decision-making
• Experience leading an Insights discipline or similar function
• Ability to manage an internationally dispersed team
• Deep expertise in game analytics or product insights
• Strong communication and advisory skills for executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective measurement and continuous learning across WILD RIFT products
• Partner with leadership to monitor game health and provide insights on engagement, retention, monetization, and sentiment
• Advocate for players and provide strategic guidance on their needs and behaviors
• Develop and implement vision, roadmap, and operational strategy for the Insights team
• Lead, mentor, and support career growth for Insights team members
