💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational objectives. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive framework for instructional designers and applying backwards design principles to ensure measurable outcomes. This remote role reports to Enablement Leadership within the Learning Strategy & Design team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage structure of large-scale training programs.
• Define program-level objectives and outcomes with business needs.
• Partner with instructional designers on course framework and guidance.
• Coordinate development timelines, deliverables, and resources.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum program development or instructional design.
• Proven experience designing large-scale learning programs.
• Expertise in instructional design frameworks and learning taxonomies.
