💼 About This Role
You'll own the operational infrastructure supporting brand customers across multiple platforms, bridging Sales with Services and Client Success. You'll build systems and processes ensuring contracted revenue converts into efficient outcomes. This high-impact role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and works across cross-functional teams to scale customer operations without sacrificing quality.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define operational frameworks for efficient delivery of sold revenue.
- Own performance intelligence metrics for campaign and customer health.
- Build pipeline-to-capacity forecasting models for 30-60-90 day visibility.
- Design and document workflows from sale through delivery completion.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations or similar within SaaS or professional services.
- Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes.
- Experience with Salesforce data architecture and system hygiene.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in influencer marketing or brand customer operations.
- Familiarity with capacity forecasting and load-balancing frameworks.
- Background in Finance or Client Success partnership.
