  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals
  • Define operational metrics and report on team performance
  • Cultivate new business and secure strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of new business development sales experience
  • 1+ year of direct line management of outbound sellers
  • B2B SaaS sales background with transactional sales expertise
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
