You'll lead a high-performing field sales team in the CEE region, driving growth as the first-choice Virtual Data Room provider. You'll balance team development with hands-on deal execution to achieve exceptional growth targets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals
- Define operational metrics and report on team performance
- Cultivate new business and secure strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of new business development sales experience
- 1+ year of direct line management of outbound sellers
- B2B SaaS sales background with transactional sales expertise
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
