You'll serve as the main point of contact for hospital customers, ensuring long-term success with our software platform. You'll coordinate high-priority issues and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements. This role involves occasional travel to customer sites.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as main point of contact for hospital customers throughout lifecycle
- Coordinate high-priority issues ensuring SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Product, Project, and Change teams
- Maintain, categorize, and prioritize support tickets
- Capture customer feedback and translate into actionable input
📋 Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles like Customer Success or Consulting
- Strong ability to analyze and prioritize customer requests
- High software affinity and understanding of digital products
- Fluent German and very good English skills
