You'll lead the technical implementation of RetailNext products for customer accounts, ensuring accurate deployments and effective vendor management. Your work directly impacts project timelines and quality. This role offers remote work and a monthly company-wide day off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technical implementation process (planning, installation, documentation)
• Serve as main point of contact for integrator escalations during deployments
• Monitor and document vendor performance per vendor management expectations
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and effective deployments

📋 Requirements

• RetailNext product implementation experience
• Intermediate-to-advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Intermediate-to-advanced understanding of UNIX commands
• Ability to read site surveys, photographs, and floor plans
