You'll be the central point of contact for a portfolio of customers at Deliverect, owning the post-sales relationship to ensure they gain maximum value from our API-first platform. Your expertise in relationship building and commercial acumen will directly contribute to customer retention and revenue growth by driving expansion opportunities. This hybrid role in Ghent offers a flexible work schedule within a dynamic growth team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build deep partnerships with accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Act as main contact, gathering requirements and collaborating with Product and Finance.
- Lead strategic customer projects and resolve mid-level escalations.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
- Expertise in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business.

- Experience in the Food Tech industry.
- Understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Project management skills with multi-project experience.
