Description

You will lead pre-season planning to ensure the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand, aligning demand forecasts with production and inventory plans in the fast-paced fashion industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver collections on time, optimize inventory levels, and analyze performance metrics to drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
• 4+ years experience in supply or production planning, preferably in fashion or consumer goods
• Strong understanding of global supply chains, seasonal buying cycles, and fashion lead times
• Proficient in planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Anaplan), Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams for timely collection delivery
• Support optimal inventory levels to reduce markdowns and excess stock
• Analyze forecast accuracy, lead time, and on-time performance metrics; lead corrective actions
• Participate in supply planning meetings to align production plans and capacity constraints
• Partner with global vendors to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and monitor product lifecycle timelines
