💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch, a company that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when the manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising updates.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with store KPIs like UPT and ADT.
