Description

You will lead the development and operation of our core ML data infrastructure, managing petabytes of data and hundreds of pipelines to enable ML success across the company. You'll balance 50% management and 50% technical leadership, driving strategy, architecture, and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience with large-scale data or ML systems
• 3+ years managing engineering projects with track record of delivering tools and infra
• Deep expertise in data processing technologies (Spark, Flink, Beam) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience designing and operating production-grade ML data pipelines or feature stores
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical roadmap for ML Data Service platform
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for data ingestion and transformation
• Manage a team of software engineers including performance reviews and career development
• Collaborate with ML and infrastructure teams to accelerate development cycles
• Lead execution of major projects ensuring on-time delivery
